On August 24, Kiwanis Club member Jim DeShazer and his wife Alice delivered a supply of our recently assembled hygiene kits to Relatives as Parents (RAP) for distribution to local families.
The photo shows RAP volunteer Annette Magner helping distribute one of the kits during the organization’s picnic that day.
These kits contain everyday personal-care essentials and were assembled by our club last month for distribution through several local organizations. It’s great to see them already reaching people in our community who can put them to good use!
Thank you to Jim and Alice for making the delivery, and to Relatives as Parents for helping get the kits into the hands of local families who need them.
