The Kootenai County Aktion Club is a community service club for individuals with disabilities that empowers members to give back, build leadership skills, and create meaningful connections. The Kiwanis Club of Coeur d’Alene partners closely with Specialized Needs Recreation – a local organization whose mission is to make recreation accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances – in supporting the Aktion Club.

Club meetings are held at SNR twice a month and focus on service projects, social activities, and opportunities to grow confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging—while making a positive impact in our community.
